Live entertainment venue, The Cambridge Corn Exchange, was looking to upgrade their networking infrastructure, with the need for specific networks to be split out from their existing network. The venue was looking for a future-proof solution as their current systems in place were struggling to cope with capacities and new technologies required for on stage performances.
– Installation completed during working hours and around any live events
– The age of the building
– Working at height for the majority of installation
FWD-IP worked closely with The Cambridge Corn Exchange to develop a brand new copper and fibre optic networking system that would run separately to the existing network. The installation was completed in phases, often over weekends, to ensure that disruption to the public and performers was kept to a minimum. The new networking solution enables the Corn Exchange to benefit from greater efficiencies and a resilient new network that can cope with the growing technological requirements of the business.
